I’m giving 3 stars as I am not sure if this is a dupe of anything, but it gathers a little bit with a glue. I think if you’re fortunate and have thick brows, you could add this for a bit of extra depth. For me, their other eyebrow pencils work better

Surprisingly good — I keep coming back to it!
I’ve tried a lot of brow products at different price points, and this one honestly holds its own. The color is natural and flattering (I use [insert your shade], and it blends in beautifully without looking harsh or overly drawn on). The formula has great staying power it lasts all day without smudging, even in warmer weather. The texture is just right: not too waxy, not too dry, and it glides on easily for quick shaping and filling. I also appreciate the built-in spoolie; it makes it super easy to soften the look and blend everything in. For the price, the quality is hard to beat. It’s become a staple in my makeup bag!

Great Eyebrow Pencil
The elf neutral brown eyebrow pencils are the perfect shade for me for a natural brow look that works with any hair colour, I’ve been using these for years and bulk buy them because they’re so good. I find the normal eyebrow pencil is slightly easier to apply than the waterproof pencil, and it seems to go further as the waterproof pencil is a bit softer - so I use this normal one if I don’t need my eyebrows to be waterproof as I prefer it.
